Will You Remove My Furniture For Me?
Due to the restriction of the company's safety standards, we are limited to assisting our customers only on the transfer of light-weight loose furnitures off from and back onto the carpet.
How often do we need to be cleaned professionally?
We normally recommend a regular 3 - 4 months mattress cleaning and sanitizing to avoid allergen build-ups and to keep away dust mites. In case, if you have history of allergy you may request a monthly service.
How long does each service take to make an appointment?
Please reserve the queue for at least 24 hours with the customer relations team.

Air & surface disinfection
Our “ANTI VIRUS DISINFECTION COATING” can effectively kill Covid-19, SARS, Ebola, H5N1, other virus, including bacteria, especially the very dangerous ones such as Bodettella xxxx or the Streptococus Pneumonia which is the main cause of most infections in the respiratory system, and can also remove fungi, the main source of bad unwanted smells.

Our dry fogging technique, which enables the disinfection on hard-to-reach surfaces to be possible, is unlike the typical wet delivery system that leaves water residues, air humidity, and moist surfaces, causing slippery floors and wet marks on furnitures. Here at De Hygienique, the dry fogging technique, currently the best solution in the world to kill virus and bacteria, is serviced by our team of experts with long-term experience in the business, professionally trained by the corporate international team of experts on a monthly basis.
the process for a 50 sq.m. coverage takes up 30 minutes in approximate, 10 min. on fogging, and 20 min. on settling and coating the surfaces, and is ready to operate right after.
We just recommend the removal of loose items or items that are sensitive to a bit of moisture & making sure all food is sealed. Other than that, you do not need to remove any large furniture items.
Our special coating solution works well on any surface, as it gives the coated surfaces a protection against future contaminations, thus, virus and bacteria that comes in contact with the coated surface, though, depending on the usage of the surface, as constant rubbings may reduce the efficiency of the protection.
Mattress Sanitizing Service
We normally recommend a regular 4-month mattress cleaning and sanitizing to avoid allergen build-ups and to keep away dust mites. In case, if you have history of allergy you may request a monthy service.

Service consists of 3 steps:
Step 1: The mattress sanitizing machine generates high frequency oscillations, dissolving and pulverizing dirt particles up to 10-14 inches deep inside the mattress.
Step 2: Dust mites, bacteria, fungi, spores, and other small living organisms are eliminated through combining intense UV radiation which causes an extensive destruction of bacteria, viruses and spores, use together with a vacuum system for effective removal.
Step 3: Long-term protection with internationally-proven Potema spray will be applied to spray coating on the surface to protect the mattress from germs, bacteria, mold and most importantly, reduce the spread of dust mites.
The process takes approximately 30-40 minutes per mattress, of which includes cleaning on both sides of the mattress and disinfecting the pillows and side pillows with the non-chemical disinfecting solution.
We need our customer to appoint a representative to coordinate with our team throughout every process, from area assessment down to the very last process, including the before and after treatment comparisons through our portable dust mite lab test.
Because mattress is a home to thousands of dust mites, bacteria and fungi accumulated over time of which should be eliminated as they are harmful to your health, it requires regular thorough and effective cleaning which can only be done using a professional cleaning and sanitizing service.
This willl help prolong the lifespan of your mattress and protect the healths of your family and loved ones.
Upholsteries Sanitizing Service
The fundamental principles of cleaning a cushion or a couch, whether made from leather or cloth, is to do it every 4-6 months to reduce the accumulation of dust mites and bacteria. Looking after your furnitures the right way and properly care for its hygiene can help extend the life and maintain the beauty of your furnitures.
A seat cover made from leather will dry immediately, whereas a fabric seat cover 30 minutes to completely dry or may take longer for hard resistant stains.
Regularly use a brush to lightly brush off the dust and vacuum at least twice every week. Wipe off the dirty stain using cloth and warm water to reduce stains resistance.
The disinfecting solution we use contains all natural ingredients and 100% chemical-free.
The process of upholsteries cleaning and sanitizing takes approximately 30-40 minutes or more, depending on the resistance of the dirt and stains.
Carpet Sanitizing Service
In normal cases it does not require any time to dry, though in other cases, it may need about 10-15 minutes.
Modern Technology
In stead of using an extensive amount of water and chemical cleaning solution to clean and sanitize a carpet, De Hygienique uses a disinfecting solution which is human and environmental friendly paired up with a special counter-rotating brush that can do the work more effectively
Environmental friendly
The cleaning compound sprinkled on the carpet will penetrate itself while being brushed into the carpet using a carpet cleaning machine, absorbing the dirt and stains and vanish away as the dissolving effects kicks in.

Our services can remove all types of stains, however, whether it will be 100% removed depends on various factors such as stain type or age. Years-neglected hard resistance stains may only be 70-80% removed in one cleaning.
Depending on how it’s being used. For most people, would be twice a year, in order to maintain its hygiene, disinfecting virus and bacteria, including deodorizing the unwanted smell. But if it’s used regularly, then it would require more frequent cleanings.
Chandelier Service
All types of chandeliers have gaps for dust mites accumulation, a leading source of allergens causing allergies.

The disinfecting solution we use is specifically made for chandeliers’ crystals, thus, will not cause any damage to the crystals or any other surface, and also environmental friendly.
At least every 4-6 months, to maintain the shines of intricate glittering lights of your chandeliers and protecting it from future accumulation of dust mites.
O-zone Service
There are 2 definitions of ozone.
A good type of ozone, is that of naturally created very high up in the atmospheric layer that is over 40 kilometers above the ground, protecting the earth from the harms of ultra violet radiation.
A bad type of ozone or ground level ozone, are those toxic gas under the atmosphere that is floating in the air 2 kilometers above the ground. Bad ozone comes from numerous sources, some of which occurred by nature under the acceleration of lights, and other sources, such as, carbon monoxide from car exhaust pipes, power generators, heat generators, production process of the industrial plants, etc.
The definition of “Ozone” has been misunderstood by many, as “a clean air, the more the ozone, the better and cleaner the air, the more of it you inhale in, the more refreshing it feels.” Fact is, ozone is a gas with a bit of fishy smell and has no color, yet is toxic to the human’s respiratory system and reacts quickly to other compounds in the environment, not the air we should inhale into the lungs.
Ozone generating machine generates a low concentration of ozone, which will not be enough to damage the respiratory system.
UV Light Ozone Generator
UV light will create ozone from atmospheric oxygen at short wavelengths of less than 254 nanometers (nm). When UV light hits an O2 (oxygen molecule), it splits homo-lytically to form to oxygen free radicals. There oxygen free radicals then finds other oxygen molecules to form O3 (ozone).
The free oxygen atoms dispersed in the air are highly reactive and will oxidize almost anything (including viruses, bacteria, organic and inorganic compounds) in contacts. Ozone disinfection does not produce any harmful residues, and all the residual ozone will be converted back to oxygen within a short time. Ozone is therefore considered as an environmentally friendly disinfectant.
No. If ozone is applied properly it destroys (oxidizes) the source of the odor. However, in the case of mildew (mold) the odor will return if you are unable to get rid of the moisture that is harboring. Treatment times may vary depending on the strength of the odor but 98% of ozone treatments are successful.
Curtain Service
Curtains require professional dry cleaning in order to achieve the best results and prevent shrinkage and other damages.
We clean all types of curtains including cotton, silks, linen, blackout and thermal as well as most types of blinds and rugs.
Depending on the level of pollution in your area you should clean your curtains every 6 months.
Dry cleaning does remove harmful allergens and kills living mould, however the water stains left by mould residue will most often not be removed.
The dry cleaning process will take 30 minutes, depending on the number and size of curtains.
Car Interior Disinfection Service
For one, a clean car is more presentable and could give you positive vibes. A clean car interior could also prevent the buildup of molds and other harmful bacteria or germs. In addition, your car’s cabin will smell better if you keep it clean and neat.
Full-service Car Wash
This is the most thorough of car washes. Your car will have the exterior cleaned, the inside of the windows, as well as a vacuuming of the interior. This will be done while you wait in your home.
Exterior Car Wash
This type of car wash typically utilizes by hand car wash, which cleans, shines and dries the exterior of your automobile. In most cases, all we need is 24 hours notice for an appointment. So calling more than 24 hours in advance is always helpful. We do offer car cleaning and sanitizing service with no travel service fee in Bangkok Metropolitan Region area.
The more often a vehicle is waxed, the better. Our recommendation is every 3 months is acceptable. However, let us look after your car every months is the best recommendation.
Yes we can, it’s never an exciting moment when you get out of the car and go “Where did this scratch come from?”, or when you hit something or someone hits you and you walk around to see the damage. There is a trick for this repair. If you take your finger nail and rub it across the scratch, and you do not notice a groove that catches it, you are likely dealing with a candidate for removal. Our exterior technicians will utilize a compound and buffing pad to carefully remove the scratch.
Air Cleaning Filter
For maximum efficiency, we recommend to change filters every month. Filthguard filters are designed and tested under a variety of operating conditions. However, there are some reasons that you may need to change filters more often such as the construction in progress, while polishing furniture or walling, and have pets. Therefore, the filter should be changed regularly.
Filthguard is designed to allow air to flow smoothly and consistently without affecting the cooling system. But if the filter has been used for longer than the recommended age air flow may begin to be limited, which may cause the cooling system to malfunction.
One roll of up to 15×96 inches that can be used with all brands air conditioner just cut the filter to the size of the coarse filter.
Virus Disinfection
Floor Mat
PVA sponge has excellent absorption ability. Able to hold the solution inside for a long time. We recommend to change the solution every 1-3 days depending on the environment and usage of the mat.
Easy to clean. Just open the sponge cleaner cover. Then use clean water to rinse through the sponge pad to wash off the dirt and can be used again immediately.
This mat can be placed anywhere and should be placed in the area that needs to clear out the virus and kill the germs. In order to maintain cleanliness and prevent the spread of the virus effectively
